Even though it has a fresh and modern look, the Gaststube Adler is a village restaurant in the best sense of the word. Everyone is welcome here—even well-behaved dogs. Inspired by the nearby monastery, chef Francis Collin spoils his guests with uncomplicated Murian cuisine, which he reinterprets with a great deal of creativity.
