“Every plate tells a story,” says Head Chef Francis Collin. “The taste should evoke memories.” Braised dishes our grandmas wholeheartedly cooked for us, grilled cuts and specialties straight from the fire, and a range of classics that Francis and his team reinterpret in tune with the spirit of the times.
